Think about how people are going to react to you with your extra confidence. Combine that with the amazing sense of achievement. Make sure you are always making progress. Lift heavier, run faster, improve technique and train smarter.
Create a vision board so it is fresh in your mind. Keep your foods interesting by using fresh herbs and spices. If you can’t bear to eat chicken again then mix it up.
